The organization is founded on 26th august with the aim of uplifting the social and economical life of the people of this hinterland called Jharkhand. 26th august is also the birth date of Mother Teresa, on e of the pioneers in the field of services to mankind.
The works and the life of Mother has been the inspiration for the society. The organization provides a comprehensive training on small-scale industries. In fact it works as an intermediary between the Governmental agencies and the aspirant ones.
